Dr. Glenn Fernandez was invited once again by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) as Resource Person and reprised his presentation on “Forecasting Types and Amounts of Disaster Waste per Hazard” to a new batch of trainees. For the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, all of the 24 participants from 10 of the 17 regions of the Philippines gathered in the DAP training facility in Tagaytay City for face-to-face delivery of the training. Dr. Fernandez participated via Zoom.
