On October 2, 2019, we had the launching of our project in Makati City. Almost 40 persons attended, including Prof. Gretchen Kalonji, the Dean of the Institute for Disaster Management and Reconstruction (IDMR), a joint institute of Sichuan University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The project leader explained the background, objectives, and target outputs of the project.
